  • The Marvel Zone offers a bunch of MARVEL superhero 3D multimedia experiences whereas the Cartoon Network Zone meant for a younger audience has rides based on cartoon characters such as The Power puff Girls, Gumball and Darwin.
  • The Lost Valley is an epic place with over 69 state-of-theart animatronic dinosaurs and Boulevard Zone is where you will find the F&B offerings, retail shops and ambient street entertainers and performers.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Please note: Lockers for storing personal items are available for a charge locally.
  • Please note that no food and beverages are allowed from outside the theme park
  • Opening hours : Saturday - Wednesday (11 am to 8 pm) and Thursday - Friday (11 am to 10 pm)
  • Opening hours are subject to change. Closing times indicate the times queues close.
  • Attraction Queues will close at park closing time (not the ride) with the exception of the Haunted Hotel which has limited capacity and will close up to 2 hours before park closing time should the queue line reach its maximum capacity.
  • Free admission for children who are under 1.05m in height.
  • Junior admission (Above 1.05m & under 1.2m in height).
  • Fast Track upgrades can be purchased on the day of visit at any of the guest relations areas.
  • This ticket will give you access to all major rides.

Booking Policy
  • When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, DXBplan.com collects your payment information and processes your payment.
  • DXBplan.com accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, and Visa.
  • There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation.
  • Payment will be listed as SAB Marketing management on the credit or debit card statement.
  • NO Alcohol will be served and No Live Entertainment will be performed at our Campsite during Desert Safari. As of FRI 08 NOV 2019 from 17.30hrs until SAT 09 NOV 2019 18:30hrs.
  • However, activities will resume after 18:30hrs on the 09 NOV 2019.
Cancellation Policy
  • All products should be cancelled before 96 hours prior to the entry and within the office opening hours – no charges.
  • If the cancellation is received less than 96 Hours, 100% charges will be applied.
  • Please send your cancellations to support@dxbplan.com with your Order ID.
