Refund policy

When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, DXBplan.com collects your payment information and processes your payment. DXBplan.com accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB and Union Pay.

There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as SAB Marketing management on the credit or debit card statement.

No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.

  • Cancellations received less 24 hrs prior to the tour are charged 100%.
  • All Safaris cancelled less than 24 hrs before the tour are charged 100%.
  • Cancellations of the tours with ATT entry tickets – less than 96 hrs in advance
  • The tickets are non-refundable.
  • Waterpark products: Cancellation received less than 48 hours before the experience – 100% charges apply.
  • Aerial Tours: Cancellation policy – 72-48 hours – 50% charges/ less than 48 hours – 100% charges apply.

The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, duties, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on Viator.com and Viator-affiliated websites, and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement.
